What is a project manager ?
The project manager is responsible for the design, coordination and supervision of the works. They ensure that the works are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
What types of projects do you take on ?
We work on construction, renovation, extension and refurbishment projects for both private individuals and developers.
In which geographical areas do you operate ?
We are based in Thionville (Grand Est) and work mainly in the region, but we also study projects elsewhere depending on their nature.
How does a project with you work ?
- Initial contact and feasibility study
- Design of plans and application for planning permission if required
- Consultation with companies and choice of craftsmen
- Site supervision until acceptance of work
- Follow-up of GPA reservations for one year
