Project Description

Ideally located on the edge of the Longeville-lès-Metz golf course, this project completely transforms the former Natation Messine, giving it a new lease of life. The ground floor houses a space dedicated to the 9-hole course, while the upper floor has been converted into a modern and welcoming restaurant.

The project involves:

The renovation of the existing building, with structural refurbishment, improvement of the envelope, and modernization of the facades to restore the identity and architectural coherence of the complex.

The transformation of the outdoor spaces, including the refurbishment of the floors, the enhancement of circulation areas, the integration of landscaping, and the optimization of access for people with reduced mobility.

The interior design of this building is intended to create a warm and welcoming space: open spaces, sustainable materials, enhanced lighting, and functionality adapted to the needs of members.
Technical compliance, including the renewal of networks, improved energy performance, and accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
