Carré des Nations, Building A

The project involves the construction of an 18-unit apartment building offering apartments of various sizes—ranging from two- to five-room units—characterized by spacious layouts, abundant natural light, and a high level of comfort. Each apartment features a terrace with an ideal orientation, allowing residents to fully enjoy the sunshine.

The building is constructed on a concrete structure. The facades are finished with light-colored stucco, featuring recesses and sunshades that provide shade. The rooftop terraces, clad with dark siding at the parapet level, serve as a fifth facade.

The complex was designed in accordance with the requirements of the RT 2012 thermal regulations, ensuring low energy consumption. This design has made it possible to minimize the need for heating, air conditioning, and lighting, while maintaining comfortable and sustainable living conditions.
