Marie Louise Terraces

This project involved the construction of a seven-unit residential block, following the demolition of an existing house on the plot. The building spans three storeys, with a total floor area of approximately 530m².

The design favours a simple and compact form, blending discreetly into its surroundings whilst optimising living space. The building’s orientation ensures a generous supply of natural light inside the flats.

The structure comprises a concrete frame combined with a timber roof structure, with a tiled roof over the main section and non-accessible roof terraces completing the complex. The façade plays on a contrast of materials and colours: stamped concrete at the base and red Trespa-type panels on the façade, giving the residence a distinctive architectural identity.

This approach combines energy efficiency with a high standard of living, featuring bright and pleasant interior spaces.
