Nations Square Individual Houses

The project consists of the construction of a complex of 16 single-family homes, divided into two clusters of 8 homes each. Each home features an integrated garage on the ground floor as well as a private outdoor parking space, providing every household with a convenient and secure dual parking solution. To promote environmental sustainability, each home is equipped with solar panels as well as a gas furnace.

Designed to combine comfort and privacy, these homes are thoughtfully laid out within each block to maximize natural light and minimize visibility between neighboring homes.

The entire development was built in compliance with the RT 2012 thermal regulations, ensuring low energy consumption and an excellent level of thermal comfort throughout the year, both in summer and winter.
