Immeuble Rose

This project involves the complete renovation of an apartment building located in the heart of Thionville, including the restoration of the facades, the renovation of the existing apartments, and the conversion of the workshop at the rear of the courtyard.

Facades : The street-facing and courtyard-facing facades are undergoing a complete renovation through re-plastering. All exterior joinery is being replaced with identical replacements to the existing elements. The railings are being retained and repainted. The stained-glass windows adorning the stairwell are being preserved in their original condition. The work does not involve the creation of any additional floor space.

Residences : The ten residences comprising the building will undergo a complete interior renovation, aimed at modernizing the fixtures and finishes while maintaining the architectural coherence of the complex.

Renovation of the workshop : The existing workshop, located at the rear of the lot, is being renovated and restructured to accommodate two new residences. This project allows for the optimization of the property’s potential without expanding the building footprint.
