Carré des Nations, Buildings D and E

The project involves the construction of two five-storey apartment blocks, each comprising 14 flats, offering two- to five-room flats characterised by spacious layouts and plenty of natural light. Each flat features a terrace with an ideal aspect, allowing residents to make the most of the sunshine.

The blocks are built on a concrete structure. The façades are finished in white render, with brown cladding in the central section that defines the penthouse level. The balconies and terraces are fitted with wooden slatted privacy screens, ensuring privacy between the flats as well as protection from the sun, and metal balustrades.

The development has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the RT 2012 thermal regulations, ensuring low energy consumption. This performance has made it possible to minimise the need for heating, air conditioning and lighting, whilst maintaining comfortable and sustainable living conditions.
