Carré des Nations, Buildings F and G

The project involves the construction of a complex comprising three buildings housing 50 flats for a housing provider, broken down as follows: 19 flats in Building F1, 14 flats in Building F2, and 17 flats in Building G. The two F buildings are partially five-storey structures, whilst Building G is a three-storey building. Each flat enjoys an ideal orientation, allowing residents to make the most of the sunshine.

The development has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the RT 2012 thermal regulations, ensuring low energy consumption. This has made it possible to minimise the need for heating, air conditioning and lighting, whilst maintaining comfortable and sustainable living conditions.
