Aéroparc I

Aéroparc I is a residential complex comprising two blocks with a total of 32 flats (each block containing 12 flats). The complex is built using concrete, with floors and roof terraces designed to ensure comfort and compliance with regulatory standards. The flats feature simple and functional interiors, with tiled floors in the living areas, parquet flooring in the bedrooms, and glazed tiles in the bathrooms.

The buildings are connected to district heating, with an MTA unit in each flat. Each entrance is secured by a video intercom system. Outside, the development includes the roads, car parks, footpaths and utility networks necessary for the site’s smooth operation.

The development has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the RT 2012 thermal regulations, ensuring low energy consumption. This has made it possible to minimise the need for heating, air conditioning and lighting, whilst maintaining comfortable and sustainable living conditions.
