Project description
La Croisette development is located in the heart of the village resort of Les Gets, at an altitude of 1,200 metres, within the Portes du Soleil ski area, one of the largest ski areas in the world. It comprises two groups of chalets, located on the Route des Grandes Alpes, close to the slopes, shops, restaurants and services of the village centre.
The architecture of the project is inspired by Savoyard traditions, combining stone and wood, and blends harmoniously into the natural slope of the site through a system of successive terraces. The project was designed with respect for the environment, comfort and landscape enhancement in mind, while ensuring high accessibility for all users.
Each unit has private outdoor spaces (balconies or terraces), underground parking, and ski lockers. The project highlights a warm and functional living environment, suitable for year-round use, winter and summer alike.
The complex has been designed in accordance with the requirements of the RT 2012 thermal regulations, ensuring low energy consumption. This performance has made it possible to limit heating, air conditioning and lighting requirements, while maintaining comfortable and sustainable living conditions.
