Les Panoramiques

The project consisted of the construction of three residential buildings including 51 flats, commercial spaces and a medical practice. The flats were designed in a variety of styles to meet all needs, ranging from studios to six-bedroom flats. The building was successfully integrated into the Coteaux de la Seille eco-neighbourhood, thanks to its staggered volumes and varied materials. The flats have large bay windows, making them very bright spaces.

All of these buildings were constructed with energy efficiency and environmental friendliness in mind. The project was designed with energy savings in mind in order to obtain BBC-Effinergi certification from Cerqual.
