Le Paraige – LHA

The project involved the development of a residential complex in Intermediate Rental Housing (LLI) in Metz, comprising 17 apartments of various typologies. Designed to offer functional and comfortable living spaces, the apartments stand out for their optimized layouts, abundant natural light, and terraces that provide optimal sunlight exposure.

The entire development was carried out in compliance with the RT 2012 thermal regulations, ensuring high energy performance and reduced consumption. This approach guarantees lasting comfort for residents while contributing to an environmentally responsible design.
