Domaine de Remicourt

The project comprises several aspects. Firstly, Remicourt Castle has been converted into sheltered housing for senior citizens, with refurbished communal areas such as a sauna, gym, TV lounge, billiard room, library and piano room. Secondly, two residences comprising 65 homes for senior citizens have been built, with studio to five-room apartments featuring balconies or terraces, with high-end finishes and fittings to ensure the comfort of residents. In addition to this, 28 villas, also designed for seniors, ranging from 80m² to 106m², were built, including gardens, terraces and parking spaces.

The complex is located on the Remicourt estate, in a 2-hectare enclosed area. To complement these unique senior residences, high-quality services are also offered, such as catering, personal assistance and activities.
