Châtillon

The project involved the complete renovation of a building listed by the French Architectural Heritage Authority. The work included removing the raised section and restoring the roof slope to align with the adjoining buildings. Two dormer windows identical to the neighboring ones were also added to maintain continuity. The façade, shutters, and woodwork were refurbished. The rear of the building was also modified. The walkways were replaced by large balconies and the façade was completely redone, along with the creation of two additional dormer windows. Inside, the entire layout was redesigned to create spacious and bright apartments.
