Ferme des Pistes

The La Ferme des Pistes project involves the construction of a residential complex comprising 26 apartments and two chalets, located in a mountainous area with harsh climatic conditions. The buildings are constructed using concrete structures, with solid slab floors and load-bearing walls, ensuring the stability and inertia required for the project.

The envelope consists of a thermal insulation system that complies with RT 2012 standards, combining exterior insulation and interior cladding depending on the area. The facades are finished in a manner appropriate to the local context, incorporating plaster and cladding elements. The roofing is either steel tray or complex waterproofing, depending on the volume.

The apartments are served by vertical circulation routes with elevators and organized around technical ducts housing the electricity, ventilation, hot water, and cold water networks. Heating and hot water are provided by a collective boiler room, with individual distribution to each apartment.

The common areas include a ski/bike storage room, technical rooms, and the spaces needed to operate the equipment. The outdoor facilities include access points, water management systems, pedestrian walkways, and planted areas.

The entire project has been designed in compliance with current technical regulations: fire safety, acoustics, accessibility, and energy performance, with specific coordination related to the high-altitude context.
