Le Clos du Parc

The Le Clos du Parc residence comprises three apartment buildings with a total of 24 units, located in an environment designed to ensure comfort and performance. The structure is based on reinforced concrete, combined with a carefully designed envelope that combines interior insulation, coated facades, and cladding elements in accordance with the building permit specifications.

The concrete slab floors with acoustic screed ensure a good quality of life between floors, while the roofs combine wooden frames and elastomeric waterproofing, in accordance with the project’s thermal requirements.

Inside, the apartments prioritize functional simplicity: suitable coverings for living areas, tiles in bathrooms, double-glazed PVC windows, and humidity-controlled ventilation. Heating is provided by individual gas condensing boilers, regulated by room thermostats.

The common areas are finished with durable materials and automatic lighting to ensure durability and safety. The exterior landscaping includes roads, parking lots, pedestrian walkways, and green spaces designed in accordance with the architect’s landscaping plan.
